This presentation will demonstrate how to develop an effective fundraising strategy when faced with both limited funds and limited staff. Joy Graham has held various positions in nonprofit management over the past twelve years – most recently as a philanthropy consultant for nonprofit and business entities throughout the country. Through her consulting, Joy has also, at various times, held interim positions with different types of nonprofit organizations which combine her professional accounting and nonprofit expertise to manage fundraising, stewardship and financial systems for smaller organizations.
